OUR PROCESS
THIS IS HOW WE WORK!
Preliminary Consultation: After receiving your contact, we will arrange a preliminary consultation (approx. 1 hour). This is free of charge and carries no obligation on your part. We use this to learn about you and your scope of work, assess the space, explain our processes and provide you with a verbal quotation for our proposed design fees. This is, of course an ideal opportunity for you to evaluate us and decide if you want to proceed further.
Design Concepts and Development: Once you have accepted our design fee quote, we will take measurements and begin working on your concept designs, plans and renders. We work through each process outlined in the fee proposal, communicating with you at every stage until the final design concept gets your seal of approval.
Ordering: This stage of the project sees us collate a full product/finishes schedule so you can see a breakdown of where your funds are being allocated. We remove frustration by ordering all of the necessary items and products from our range of trusted suppliers to make the process as seamless as possible.
Management: We manage all deliveries and installations to ensure the fastest, most effective turn-around that is stress free and works with your time schedule.
Completion: Upon completion of your project, we remain in contact to answer your questions and assist you with any further requirements and providing costings if necessary. We have a zero-defects policy and ensure work is completed to your satisfaction.
